Cyclical calendars are a wonderful tool to teach children (and remind ourselves) about the cyclical nature of human time, seasons, and astronomical events. Far more intuitive than our standard flip style calendars this cyclical calendar includes
  • Months
  • Days of the month
  • Days of the week
  • Moon phases
  • Astrological phases with their symbols, signs, and planetary correspondences.

There is space next to each day to write in holidays, birthdays, and other events. 

The calendar is aligned with the equinoxes and solstices as its cardinal points (North South East & West)

Exact dates for moon phases vary from source to source depending on ones location on the planet. The dates given for the moon phases on this calendar have been take from the Lewellyn Witch's Calendar for 2015 and are precise enough for use in most parts of the world.

This is for download of the .pdf file ONLY. There is no cost effective way for me (work from home homeschooling doula mom of two little ones)  to distribute a print version. You are paying for the artwork and you must have it printed yourself.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRINTING (a.k.a. learn from my mistakes)
Ordering from a storefront (recommended)....
After downloading your calendar you will put the file on a flash (thumb) drive or some other portable document device and bring it to your local staples or private printer and tell them you want a 24" x 36" non photo printed poster. No gloss (or you won't be able to easily write on it). It costs $19.99 at Staples.

Ordering on line....
If you print from staples.com it will be printed as a photo and will be glossy. There are no other options from the website. It looks beautiful this way though some tiny amount of detail is lost in the foliage (but I"m picky) and there is a black line border around the whole image which staples insists is standard. Glossy can be written on with some markers but not with others and definitely not with a pen. Both staples.com and vistaprint.com will accept this file and declare it a perfect resolution and size for printing. Vistaprint will charge a nominal fee for uploading the graphic and they often take a while to ship but they also have great coupons. I have not personally ordered this poster through them but I did upload it to make sure it would be accepted and I have ordered from them before and have been quite pleased with the results.
