Mmm. I know they look too good to eat but you'll have to trust me on this one. They taste even better than they look. My husband Richard is a fantastic baker. With his baking and my decorating we've created confections for birthdays, holidays, and just about every other occasion where treats are required. This first cake called "The Garden Cake" is a moist white cake with creamy sweet vanilla bean frosting covered in marshmallow fondant. It is decorated with flowers fences and insects made from a mixture of fondant and gum paste.

This next cake, a Jane Austen themed cake for my sister's bridal shower, is the same moist white cake with vanilla frosting covered in a layer of marshmallow fondant. The decorations are a mixture of fondant, white frosting, and white chocolate.
